The Democrats are whining, seemingly put out because angry people are contacting them, saying angry things about their corrupt, unconstitutional, power-grabbing healthcare takeover.
Boo-hoo; they arrogantly dismissed the will of nearly 70% of the population, as measured by their own polls.
Did they honestly expect there would be no unpleasant blowback from this?
Now, disappointed at the subdued, relative unobtrusiveness of the Tea Partiers' protest that Sunday, they’re blatantly smearing these demonstrators, who came to DC to show their opposition to the bill.
Demonstrators whom they, the Dems, clearly tried to bait, with their shameless--and completely unnecessary, as access tunnels do run underneath--outdoor, middle-finger flipping march through the protestors, a smirking Nancy Pelosi lugging her oversize gavel.
They insist that obscenities, racist epithets and anti-gay slurs were shouted at passing Representatives, on their way to the Capitol Building. Some even claimed to have been spit upon.

Undoubtedly, this reaction is exactly what they were hoping for, from these unwashed, redneck doofuses; these knuckle-dragging morons, still "clinging to their God and guns".
However, no such luck; despite the presence of numerous television cameras, unblinkingly documenting the pompous Democrats’ stroll, not one instance of such poor behavior was recorded, on the part of protestors.
That's how liberals protest, you see, not conservatives; we have more respect for others, and ourselves; and more self-control.
Conservative pundit Andrew Breitbart has offered to donate $10,000 to the United Negro College Fund, if anyone produces conclusive evidence that any of these incidents did, in fact, happen.
Shockingly, as I write this, noone has come forward.
Would Pelosi have been out there, if they’d truly expected trouble? Of course not.
So, the Democrats did what liberal politicians always do: they lied; they made stuff up, then, hyperventilating in quivering, bogus outrage, they condemned it.
The lies of liberalism: varied, malicious and commonplace.
We’ve seen similarly-contrived mischief in recent years, in several colleges and universities; supposed “hate crimes”, “perpetrated” upon blacks, presumably by racist whites.
A “lynching noose”, hung outside a black fraternity, or from the door of a black student’s dorm room; a black professor’s car, spray-painted with racist slurs and profanity.
In most cases, upon investigation, the “crime” was found to have been “committed” by the very person making the complaint, attempting to stir up racial strife where little, or none, existed.
How this promotes healthy race relations in America remains unclear; however, that's obviously not the point. 

Racial discord remains a powerful socio-political tool, for those unscrupulous enough to sow it, and to wield it.
Every liberal knows; when in doubt, cry “hater” (racist, sexist, homophobe.....Christian); and that's why anyone who articulately
expresses an informed, knowledgable dislike for Obama's policies is just a brainless, redneck racist.

Politics makes strange people do weird things; like, for example, falsely--and viciously--accusing respectful, peaceable demonstrators of offensive, wildly inappropriate behavior, simply for opposing an agenda. An agenda which was massively unpopular, to begin with, and for good reason.
Many readers will conclude that this is all just sour grapes, on the part of a conservative Republican.
They’d be right; but, it’s more than that.
It’s also the sadness and anger of a patriotic American, watching our Founders’ noble experiment in genuine, representative government being unceremoniously kicked aside, assaulted by a radical-leftwing cadre which does as it pleases, the wishes of “We, the People” be damned.
Pelosi said; “once we break down this door (healthcare), more legislation will follow"; and it will.
More laws equal less freedom, folks; besides, once a law is passed, it's a relatively easy matter to slap on more and more rules and restrictions.
Was this what Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, etc., had in mind?
May the Obamaniacs enjoy their new, perilously-expensive entitlements; too much was betrayed, to secure them.
If liberty could be said to have a drawback, it’s that those who would conspire to steal it from you, are just as free to act, as you.
