OR: The Generalized, Winter Holiday Display
Someone may already have posted something on this, but that's okay. I thought it was funny......
The Young Conservatives at the University of Texas are erecting an "ACLU Creche" (Nativity scene) for the Holiday season. If I remember correctly, they're going to call it something like the "Generalized Winter Holiday Festival Display", or something like that.
Since the ACLU espouses and promotes only extreme Progressive beliefs and issues, the display will refelct those beliefs.
Mary and Joseph will not be present. No, instead, the Creche will have figures of "Gary and Joseph".
There will not be a "Baby Jesus" in a manger, because, well....there was no Baby Jesus; besides, the Christian religion is evil, repressive and bad.
The "Shepards abiding in the fields" will be represented by two Middle Eastern Terrorists.
The "Three Wise Men" of myth will be represented by three figures of more substantial importance: Karl Marx, Vladymir Lenin and Josef Stalin.
The mythical "Angel of the Lord" will be represented in the display by a figure of Nancy Pelosi.
I can't wait to see the pictures.
