Now, English nursery schools, in the interest of inoffensiveness, multi-culturalism and diversity, have been told to change the wording. It's now "rainbow sheep".

No kidding; it was on the Glenn Beck program the other morning.

The nuts are takin' over the asylum, man.

Well, if you want to get technical, I guess you COULD say they've been seen flitting around the San Francisco Bay Area. Maybe I'm just paranoid and seeing conspiracies, but I find the "rainbow" part in itself extremely suspect.

Yes, it is; we want at all costs to avoid offense in any way at all, so we change the wording of harmless children's rhymes. This is done lest they turn those children into ragingly insensitive racists/homophobes.

Sure, I see rainbow sheep! Seen them tons of times! Mostly in college, but a few times since then. haven't you? It takes about a 6 pack of beer, or a few shots of your favorite. But anyone can see them!

"Snow White"? I find that name racist. Howzabout "Rainbow Hued"?

I like it. Has a nice ring.
We can make it even more PC by making the witch a heroic figure who gives her a nice, healthy magic apple that helps her beat that tired old sexist stereotype the Handsome Prince at arm wrestling.
